Our Programs : Youth & Family Services : Visitation / Exchange
Supervised Visit/Safe Exchange

FSA’s goal is to provide a safe and positive experience for children during this difficult time of transition.

Our professional staff provides constant supervision during the visit.

Records are maintained in accordance with standards developed by the Idaho Supreme Court.

Visits are held at FSA offices in a comfortable living area with outside activities available.

FSA Supervisors are impartial observers to assure that visitation and custody rights are enforced. The supervisor is NOT the parent’s agency, lawyer or counselor.

Supervised Visitation

Supervised visitation is a scheduled interaction between a parent and child(ren) to ensure health, safety, and well-being of minor child(ren). This visitation is generally court-ordered but can occur in other circumstances. The Supervisor is present at all time and acts to protect the children. The Supervisor will maintain and enforce all court requirements.

Visitation / Exchange

The Safe Exchange program is designed to provide a safe and orderly exchange of minor children. If violence has been present, FSA will retain security to monitor the parties in addition to trained FSA staff.
